I constantly admire the quality of the work here on flickr, it provides me with a huge amount inspiration, and drives me to improve my own photography.
I am still learning, I've only been shooting with a DSLR for a year and a half, and I make a lot of mistakes. Any constructive criticism is therefore welcomed and encouraged.
