N. B. I welcome constructive criticism and comments and am flattered when/if you favourite any of my photos, however my view is that Flickr is for sharing. So if you comment/favourite but have nothing to share with me, then I'm afraid I will block you as I don't believe that is in the spirit of Flickr. My photos are MY photos and stealing is not right.

Completely amateur but very keen photographer. Bought my first SLR at age of 12 and have recently (after a period of just owning snap & shoots) bought my first DSLR and reawakened my love for photography. It has even inspired me to dust off my original SLR and start using that again.

I'm very lucky to be able to take my photos with a variety of cameras :
Digital:
- Nikon D300, Nikon D50, Konica KD400z, Nikon Coolpix S6
Film:
- Cosina CT-1A, Holga 120s, Vivitar Ultrawide & slim
I have minimal Photoshop skills (as you will notice) but sometimes post-process my pictures to the extent of levels and curves. I'm gradually learning.

I'm still very much an amateur but have been very flattered for some photos to be used elsewhere:
- Trafalgar Square in the sun is included in a Schmap guide to London
- Cobwebs and Dried Rose have been used by Josiah for CD and website artwork
- Timer may be used in a card game The Coaching Game
and
- my lily beetles are being used in the creation of an animated character for a kiddies film.
- and finally, I've managed to get myself accepted into iStock as a stock photographer

My photos attempt to capture whats around me at the time - and probably hint at some of my obsessions! If you should ever think you'd like to buy one of my prints please just drop me a mail. On a very ad-hoc basis (at the moment) I produce, for sale, greeting cards as well as prints.
