Karenia as a woman is complex, she is a deep thinker, an explorer, a romantic, a nuturer and a revolutionist :)
Through her stream each and every one of her traits are captured through her images.
Even when she is ill or not wanting to face the world, her stream reflects that. Its true to life and total human.
Her descriptions draw you in, and on several occasions, the way she chose to document a walk or a feeling resonate and have come back into my mind later in the day.
I feel like she is the type of friend I would hook up with regularly if we lived closer but I'm happy to have at least a (Flickr) window into her world!

We so often get caught up in making images that we forget the personal. The component that makes an image art, that which stirs the soul. She makes me want to wander...
Karenia's true self, her thoughts, comes through in her best works. A sense of art that we should aspire to achieve. A personal and caring sense of that which is made.
