Thanks for being interested in my photos/me. I highly suggest looking at them in sets as opposed to the photostream so you're looking at them in sequence and the captions will make more sense.

I am what they call an amateur photographer. Any artistic ability I have for the most part lie in my photographs. This is my attempt at art.

I have always been interested in photography, but to this day have never taken a class and didn't really begin experimenting until my cousin bought me my very first digital camera (1.3 Mp A1 Canon Powershot, yay baby!) as a high school graduation gift. Since then, my camera has graduated along with me and I now own a Sony Cybershot (DSC-T20, my point and shoot) as well as a Nikon D50 (thank you cousin Victor!) with several kinds of lenses :D .

I hope to one day take a class or two (or three or four) and shoot with a 35 mm film camera, develop my own film etc... This will have to take place after I finish my studies as a chemistry graduate student. Until then, experimenting and google will have to suffice.
