What Flower are you?


I started taking some pictures other than family birthday's about 2 years ago, when I began to walk outdoors. The beauty I was meeting everyday, the quality of the light and the amount of life around me was somehow too much for me alone. So I had to share it. Could not help it.

That's how and why I joined flickr.

Being here has been great for me. I've met truly wonderful people. And I've made some dear friends among them. And since I love trees above all other photography subjects, I've also learned a lot about botanics. (I guess I've learned a little bit about photography too!) :-)

I have an old and heavy Sony MVC 400 with a great Carl Zeiss lens. I love this machine very much, I don't want to get rid of her EVER. But since there's stuff she would not let me do, I just got another Sony, an Alpha 330. When I don't have my cameras on hand I use a Sony Ericsson mobile phone. Pics are not good at all, but the moments and sometimes the lights are trapped as well as with any camera. And the fun is almost the same for me.

I am very far away of being a professional photographer. I will someday or maybe I won't. But I will keep shooting with anything on hand. That's for sure.
