I have trained in Karate for 20 years, I'm a licensed instructor, trainer of competitors and elite athletes and owner of Tokon Karate Uniforms. All this has lead me to travel all over the world. Though I gained immense knowledge through my travels, I know that not everyone has the chance to experience such traditional karate and sports specific training.
Therefore, Karatecoaching.com was created to give everybody the chance to learn and experience traditional Karate and also the latest sports specific training methods used by professional coaches and olympic athletes.
