嘉強／Ka Keong's photostream

一九七八年出生於中國廣州。成長、生活於澳門。 二零零一年畢業於澳門理工學院藝術高等學校，獲平面設計學士學位。

現於澳門文化中心任職平面設計師，同時為澳門理工學院藝術高等學校，平面設計課程客席導師。為「拍板視覺藝術團」成員，負責籌畫與電影和錄影相關之活動，致力推動影像文化。

從事錄像、攝影及裝置等藝術創作。 一九九九年起，作品於澳門、香港及中國大陸作公開放映及展出。作品關注個體生命之間的巧合與機遇，擷取生活中的事件以及細節來表現人處於生命當中的不確定性。

Born in 1978 in Guangzhou China and has been living in Macau since the age of one, Lorence Chan graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design from School of Arts of Macao Polytechnic Institute in 2001.

He works in Macao Cultural Centre as graphic designer and is a guest lecturer in the Macao Polytechnic Institute, School of Art. From 2005 onwards he took the post of Supervising Committee in Association Audio-Visual “CUT” which is an organization dedicated to film and video culture promotion.

In his artistic creations he works with media such as video, photography and installations. Since 1999 his work have been showcased in public exhibitions in Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China. He is facinated by the coincidence and odds in existence among individuals, Lorence’s work attempt to capture and to expose the uncertainties in life through the trivias and details amid everyday surroundings.
