As a kid I used to take photos of everything - first with a 110 and then a Vivitar 35mm - you know, real fancy high tech stuff. I recently got back in to photography. I'm using a Canon Powershot A620 after using an Olympus D395. I've been very inspired by many of the photographs I've found on Flickr and am trying to learn how to be a better photographer as I've never had any instruction other than "look through here and push this button."
I like taking photographs of public art such as murals and sculptures since they often are located in unexpected places. I like trying to capture the architectural details of buildings and old homes. I also like taking nature pictures as I like the colors, uniqueness, and natural beauty. I guess that makes it just about everything but people and animals, though I take photos of those too.
