I'm a geeky Englishwoman who has completed a computer science degree and works as a web developer. I love trains and the Japanese language and have recently discovered the joys of Geocaching.

Now, as for photography;

You'll find that half of the photos on my Flickr were taken 'snapshot style' with either my camera phone(s) (Sony Ericsson k850i, LG Viewty Smart GC900 or Samsung Galaxy S) or my Canon EOS 350D (digital SLR). I'm not really that much of a /photographer/, I just like taking photos and showing people what I saw in the wide world.

Most, but not all, of my photos are licensed under a Creative Commons 2.0 Attribution license. This means you are free to use them for whatever purpose you wish as long as you credit me. If you want to remove the credit, please e-mail me/send a message to ask; I may grant permission depending on the intended usage. If the photo features a person as the main subject, this is probably entirely copyrighted. Check the individual photos.
