My name is Shann, and while I won't say exactly how old I am, I will say that I am an adult. I love Taeyangs and Pullips (Pullips are listed second, because really, I love Taeyangs most).

I have two Dals (a Jolie, modified with mismatched custom glass cabochon eyes and a JPop wig; and a Tezca with indigo glass cabochon eyes and a Leeke wig). I like the Dals I have, but I don't plan on getting more because they really aren't for me.

I also have one Isul--I call him Kazuhiro or Kaz, and once upon a time, he was a Mori Motonari. He's a cute kid...maybe there is room for one more Isul in my doll family, we'll see.

As far as the BJD bug goes--my first one was a Fairyland PukiPuki Darjeeling. I like the little baby looking BJDs--the sullen teenager ones, not so much. Don't get me wrong, I think they're beautiful--I just don't have any desire to have one in my doll collection. I also just added another PukiPuki to the family--it's a Pong this time.

I currently have five Pullip and Taeyang couples (so that's 15 dolls in all once you add the Dals, the Isul, and the BJDs , for those of you who don't like doing math). I find that I do spend time admiring them everyday, changing up their outfits, rearranging them so that they're not stuck in the same poses for weeks on end...they are all so special to me, and I think of them as my plastic kids. My flesh & blood children think its hilarious that they have so many plastic brothers & sisters, and 2 resin baby sisters. :)

All of my dolls have been modded or fully customized in some way with the exception of my Timulus & RIDa, whom I've left completely stock. I guess that means that I believe they are perfect? Actually, RIDa has a major cowlick which is why she's always pictured with some kind of hat on. And Timulus fell off the shelf and got a mark on his cheek. I removed the mark but ended up rubbing off some of his blush. Poor guy. But it's obvious only if you're looking for this flaw.

Some of my other interests are: Reading, Wii, Photography,
Japan, Cosmetics, Purses, Cooking, Baking, Crafts, Videogames, Rock music and saving money. Ha! Saving money and an interest in dolls?! They just cancel each other out. XD
