A total amateur..of course! What else?
Always love photography, but was never really into it until Sept 2007 when I first bought my D40x. I was poisoned by someone (you know who) when she introduced me to her D200. I fell in love with it on the first touch.
Well, I’m trying to sharpen my photography and DI skills everyday. But I guess I’m not like some of those I met here in flickr who are talented by nature, or at least can allocate most of the time into photography. My progress is slow (way too slow). At this point of time I’m feeling a bit stagnant. Somehow I feel that whatever I shot in the pass few months are not even better than the shots I had before. I’m not sure if any of you ever experienced the same case.
I shoot anything in general as I’m still trying to figure out what type of photography I want to focus into. In specific, I am a part-time event & wedding photojournalist, so I shoot people – portrait & candid, but I’m better in shooting babies, kids and elderly (that’s what some of my friends said). I also shoot landscape, nature, and macro (Oh, I love macro photography). I shoot animals like dogs…and insects. And I love to shoot during magic hour!
What I haven’t tried: photojournalism, marine photography, products and commercial, fashion…and…what else do we have out there?
I am a nikonian and shoot only using Nikon Camera Bodies. Nikon ROCKS!

However, I would appreciate very much if the comments are in the form of constructive critics (but of course I won't mind those comments of compliments :P).
