I remember things in the style of my photographs, very specific moments and images. An entire relationship is remembered as laying on the couch on a sunny afternoon, watching the back of his head as he played video games. My trip to Paris is a friend leaning out of the window of our hotel and this fantastic tarte au framboise I ate.
