(October 2010 update) Thanks for taking the time to visit. I'm not going to bore you with info on what gear I've got and how much of it I own because frankly I don't care about gear except to the extent that it can help me get the photographic results I want. Beyond that, I'm not impressed. Ok, that's not entirely true. You pull out a nikkor 600mm f4/G ED VR and I'm going to be green with envy. Hey, I'm only human.

I've been on Flickr about a year now and I'm so glad I joined. I've met (online at least) some great people and have enjoyed getting to know them and learn from them. Thanks to all my contacts who take the time to comment on my images and thanks also to those who allow me to view their Exif data. I look at it when I see a great image and learn from it. Another thanks goes to those who share their post-processing techniques. I've learned a lot from them as well. My contacts have contributed immensely to my growth as a photographer this past year. I hope I have, in some small way, contributed to their growth as well.
