I love photography: working with a camera to make images. I like the global aspect of Flickr, it is nice to see the work of so many people.

For those interested in equipment: I use Canon gear.
My current camera’s and lenses are a:
- A620 compact (has a swivel display, ideal for difficult or odd viewpoints)
- 40D dSLR (feels superb, after having tried a too small 400D for a while. The 40D also is more similar to the dimensions of the film SLR I was used to)
- mix of macro, mid-range zoom and tele-zoom lenses.
