Juicy Heart's photostream

Hey All,

I'm a painter that indulges in photography, and this profie is dedicated to my photograrphy. I shoot with Nikon equipment, so I choose the screen ID of Mr Blackeye to reflect that. All Nikon lens are black: There's none of those do goody-good bs white lenses of canon ;-) My dad bought me my first real camera as a high school grad present. It's a Nikon FE2 that could order drinks if it were a person. While it still takes great photos, I switched over to digital in 2005, and see no reason to switch back, except when I want to take longer exposure photos (basicly those of 5 or more minutes). I love doing hour or so exposures, and batteries just don't last that long. My photo aesthetic is intertwined with my painting: I want to capture light in ways that the human can't and/or faster than a brush can depict. I hope you enjoy my photos.
