I reached a special birthday in October 2006 and celebrated it with my husband on a month's travelling and exploring trip of East Canada with my cousin and her Canadian husband who live in Ontario. This gave me the opportunity to test out and get to know my new camera, a Canon EOS 20D and I came home with 519 photo's!

We have a beautiful 10 y.o. female black GSD, named Echo, with a wonderful temperament and a knowing nature. She is not just a dog, she is an apprentice human! We now also have a 6 year old rescue German Shepherd bitch .

We have lived in our current home since late 2002 and spent the first 5 years renovating, decorating, re-roofing and garden landscaping. We are now looking forward to relaxing, living life, getting away in our caravan with our dogs, and being able to follow our hobbies.

I am not a good photographer but I am becoming a camera maniac and I do surprise myself sometimes. You are welcome to view, comment, criticise and recommend your thoughts on any of my photographs. I can only learn from those that know better and I would like to be better!
