I will start off by saying I am not very good at the whole autobiography thing...

Currently the pictures that I take are for my own sanity. I have done a good bit of paid work but it is tough to find a gig where the work I put into it equals the compensation.

Urban Decay
Rural Decay
Light Painting
Long Exposures at Night

I am married to the most awesome woman ever, yes ever! She shoots strictly with film cameras. Here is a link to her pictures. Before I met her I shot exclusively with digital due to the sheer number of pictures I take when I shoot. She has helped me develop the discipline that has been lost in the digital age, where you make every shot count because you are using film. Together we have amassed a collection of vintage film cameras that we use on a fairly regular basis. I can't say no to a vintage camera that costs less than $10, I guess it is a sickness. It will probably take us 6 months to use all the cameras, that is if I can stop buying more cameras.

I also only shoot in color because I see in color. That may sound cheesy but I want to see the picture as it was when I took the picture. I also like bright vibrant colors in my photography which is not an option with Black & White. I can appreciate some B&W and the only time I will use it is if and when I process my own film.
