A Connecticut native, I arrived in New Hampshire in the mid 1980's while serving in the United States Air Force. It wasn't long before I knew New Hampshire would be the place I call home.

An avid hunter, fly fisherman, camper and hiker, I have always had a intense appreciation for the great outdoors. I have witnessed countless spectacular sunrises and sunsets, the emergence of the spectacular fall colors, and wildlife in their natural habitat, while participating in these other outdoor pursuits. I developed a desire to share these experiences with others, to instill an appreciation of the wonders the natural world has to offer. So in 2008, I purchased my first Canon DSLR. While still having a great respect for our hunting traditions, I soon came to realize I receive the same sense of satisfaction from capturing the perfect image, the essence of why I love being outdoors, as I did from any successful hunting trip or day fly fishing on a remote mountain trout stream.

While the main focus of my photography centers on creating captivating nature, landscape and wildlife images, my career as an automotive repair technician shows its influence.

I currently live in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with my wife and daughter, and our two lovable Labs. This puts me just a short drive from the seacoast in one direction and the mountains in the other, affording me the opportunity to make images that show all New Hampshire has to offer.
