Retired hospital doctor. Raised in Carlisle from the age of 10, discovered the Lake District as a teenager. Not a landscape photographer, just a fellwalker toting a camera to snap the scenery.
Our daughter is now in NZ, so visiting her will offer a lot of scenery.
I use a Canon 1000D, Sigma 17-70 for general use, and a Sigma 18-50 to carry on the fells as it's small and light.
