I'm 57. I like hiking,swimming and have newly found like for mud runs.



I live on the San Francisco Peninsula in the city of San Mateo. I like interesting events, examples of events I have travelled to: La Tomatina,

The white Levi's are now painted, like Bunol, RED! by JPO2, Mr. Muddy Suitman
the annual tomato fight in Bunol, Spain; The San Diego Mud Run at Skyline Church in Rancho San Diego. .
This was the most fun I've had at Church-A 10K Mud Run by JPO2, Mr. Muddy Suitman
In June, I ran in the Camp Pendleton Mud Run as well..

In 2011, I ran two Tough Mudders here in California.

I have also ran the Mather Mud Run in September

but the biggest challenge that I've undertaken in 2008 was Volkslauf in Bakersfield,

I thought towards the end I wasn't going to make but I did. :) I should add that at all these runs I have worn a white suit and tie so that really adds to the challenge, especially Volkslauf. Also The Chico Polar Bear Swim at Bidwell Park,

this annual event happens on 1/1 at 1PM every year, both 2008 & 2009.

As all of these are wet and messy like La Tomatina and as I haven't found anyone else here in California who can say they been to Bunol for that food fight, I have nicknamed myself Mr. Tomatina, AKA JPO2 The Mud Man.
