Some say I'm crazy, others say I'm shy.They really need to walk in my shoes for them to understand why..... I've had the love for photography ever since I saw this simple, yet dramatic family portrait of ours. I was on my mom's lap, my older sister on my dad's and they were sitting on the steps leading to the second story of our house. The photo is not in color nor black or white, but in a dingy sepia. This photo says so much about our lives back then, we were poor (my dad has on thong slippers my mother in her normal housewife duster) yet my family was intact and happy or so it seems.
