I grew up in Montreal but moved to Seattle some 20 years ago after living in British Columbia and Alaska.

My background is in journalism. For a brief period, I was an assistant photographer at a newspaper. I’ve been shooting digital photos for over 5 years and recently started to devote more time to photography.

I love to hike and ski but don’t do nearly as much of either one as I should. Most pictures that I shoot are of hikes that my wife and I take in the Cascades.

I’m an editor for several Web sites on Microsoft.com.
