nearly all of my photos are under the creative commons attribution license. they should be attributed to "Jim Winstead Jr.", with the name linked to trainedmonkey.com/ when possible.

this means you do not need to email me to ask for permission to use my photos anywhere, as long as you attribute it correctly. if you do use my photos, i'm always glad to hear about it, and get a copy if it is some sort of published format.

original (high-resolution) formats are available by selecting "All Sizes" and then "Original" when viewing the photo, as long as you are a logged-in Flickr account holder. (even free accounts.)
