I retired from a stressful software consulting business in 1999. Since then I've been a full time mom, a full time caregiver for my wife's elderly parents, written a novel, built a harpsichord, and now that all THAT is out of the way, I have a new career as a massage therapist. I use this Flickr account for a lot of things, but generally speaking, the photos I post may fall into one of these categories:

1. Photography as an art form.

2. Silly sights I want to share.

3. Digital manipulation of photos.

4. Digital art.

5. Burning Man and other hippy-dippy wackiness. (see www.burningman.com for an explanation.)

6. Boring utility-grade photos, for use in planning among various groups.

Some of the posted photos may contain some casual nudity, but there is no porn here. Except for a few artistic nudes, you will not see nudity at all unless you are marked as a friend.

As far as the artistic nudes are concerned: the human body is a beautiful thing. Our minds are wired to find it so. I also like to look at pictures of flowers, puppies, sunsets, and babies, and I see no difference between those things and aesthetic nudes.
