  "Jeanne is on this itsy-bitsy, short list of people that I wish were my next-door neighbor. We'd take pictures, and drink, and drink some more, and take more pictures, probably of my kids looking at us like they wish we'd hurry up and make them some chicken nuggets... sigh. A girl can fantasize. But seriously, her mannequin photos totally rock (they're my favorite), and she's got her eye on some FANTASTIC freaking bokeh. She's funny as all hell and makes this Flickr thing exponentially more enjoyable. Some day we will meet and have many drinks."

  "I met Jeanne her at the stage door after a Neil Diamond concert on the Cracklin' Rosie tour where, in the badly lit alley, she mistook me for Hugh Grant. It quickly spiraled into a heated discussion about Hugh's effemininity, I feigned disgust, even though I was secretly flattered. Neil didn't show, we hung out for a while, swapped addresses and parted. In the ensuing years we corresponded on carefully crafted braille letters for a while on diverse topics as shop mannequin hair removal, the alternate spellings of the word bokeh and her secret desire to have someone special in her life who was good with bronze.
  
  She sees the world in ways I wish I could see it and what's cool is that she shares it. Yup.... Jeanne rocks!"
