My interest in photography began in the early 1980s when I purchased a Canon AE-1 program, but it was quickly replaced by the introduction of VHS camcorders.
It wasn't until digital photography was introduced and I purchased my first point and shoot Olympus that my interest in still photography began again.
In 2007, I bought a faulty Nikon D70s, which was replaced by a Nikon D80. I quickly discovered the ability of using cheap, old lenses on modern DSLRs, and purchased several of the most popular.
I then "upgraded" to a Nikon D200 which had the ability of metering these old lenses.
