Wanna help me pay off school loans via photo purchasing? :-) Serious inquiries only.

I don't understand the basic concepts that make cameras do what they do. It kinda freaks me out.

I can parallel park just about anything, just about anywhere. If you ever need assistance, say my name three times...

In mid-May 2005, I joined the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training (http://www.teamintraining.org/hm_tnt ) which raises money for research and treatment through marathons. Inspired by my late friend Sybil Glory DeFord (please see the tribute to her in the photo set on my photo page) who succumbed to Hodgkins Lymphoma February 21, 2005 at the age of 32, I hope to run a marathon or half-marathon soon. My hopes to run one in fall of 2005 were dashed by some of my own health complications. Please stay tuned for further info on my marathon endeavors. In the meantime, please go here if you would like to make an online donation to my account.

"From jessiqua's photos one gets a feeling of a well-rounded and warm place, of friends. As for her street photography, there is no better in abstract space and the transation of line and form."

"Jessiqua has been an inspiration since my early days and late nights on fotolog. She inspires not only with her eye for composition and subject but also with her graciousness of spirit. I am always pleased to see her work which I often hide away in my favorites and miss her presence when she needs to take time away to work, study or reconnect with real life. Can you tell I'm a fan?"

"In some ways this is well overdue...
In terms of consistency in high quality photography and impact of image, for me, few match Jessiqua on Flickr. There are times when I just don't know where to start with her recently-posted work, let alone the gob-smacking older stuff. A true talent. What an eye! Someone I learn from constantly. There is never enough time to spend with her imagery..."
