Bassman12 says:
"I have had the absolute privilige of becoming a LoneStar Cowboy back in 1986. and it`s a life long committment. Jesse Smith, along with my dad Herman McCoy, planted my roots deep in country music at an early age. Jesse is one of the best, and well known country singers there is. when I was in the LSCB, I played bass guitar, Herman McCoy on Lead guitar, Herman McCoy jr. on drums, Kenneth " Little Red " Hays on fiddle, Ron Kirby on steele guitar, and Jesse fronting the way. this was no doubt an awesome western swing/ traditional country band. My dad has moved on to play with Bob`s swinging band in heaven, and he left Jesse here to keep things swinging here. I love you Jess, your the best friend/dad a guy could have. lets keep our country roots growing. Terry"
