I don't know what I'm doing..
.. I just enjoy doing it.
As far as what I like taking photos of - I like interesting light, and I like shapes and geometry. And faces. I am increasingly becoming interested in the idea of a photograph as a construction (like a graphic design) or arrangement of elements, where the content is less important than the context and configuration of the elements of that photograph. Make sense?
I also help administer a local group, PIP (Photographers in Perth). If you live anywhere near Perth, do join up - its a mostly great group with fairly regular excursions.
If you're in Perth (or just visiting) we'd love you to join us.
We also do a regular Tuesday photowalk, usually around the Perth CBD.
