I love Jesus, my husband and children.

I am a SAHM who home-schools two wonderful children who are 10 and 12 yrs.

My love of the arts has been lifelong...as far as I can remember I've loved to draw, paint, sing... I currently lead worship at our local church, and for special events such as Family or Women's conferences.

This past yr I have been learning piano. I've always played by ear, but in the past year have been learning this beautiful instrument by self teaching, and little coaching from pianists. I believe it is important to always be in the mode of learning something new...something that challenges a bit too.

In the past 10 years my love of photography has increased. It began when I was painting in watercolors more, and wanted my own "original" work. Also, more and more...our church and other ministries would ask me to photograph for special events.

Recently and through the support and encouragement of my friends, I have grown to truly appreciate this art as I am learning the technical and creative aspects of photography. Which is truly a beautiful art, and I am thrilled to learn all I can.

In the near future I would love to have a regular part time photography business, mainly by word of mouth, and to specialize in unique variations of b/w and sepia tones with splashes of color in unexpected places. I'm all about being different! Yet, I'm also fully aware that the only way we truly learn and grow, is by learning from one another too. This is why I am here, to learn and contribute best I can to the art of photography.
