Grew up in Vancouver and then Nelson, Canada before studying journalism and art history at the University of Victoria. Returned to Vancouver for a degree in design at the Emily Carr University. Lived, worked and studied in the Philippines, Bali and The Netherlands. A cyclist, beginner singer, squash player, designer and camera dabbler.
