I am the Chairman and CEO of Real Estate III. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 1987 (BA in Economics) where I was on an athletic scholarship for both soccer and football. In 1988, I started my real estate career and earned “Top Producer” honors at the Real Estate III Forest Lakes Office.

In 1990, I became sales manager overseeing over 100 new home sales annually by the area’s premier builders. In 1995, I became Director of Sales for both the Forest lakes and Glenmore Offices. I became Senior Vice-President of Real Estate III in 1999, as well as Chairman of the New Homes Division. In 2005, I was named Chairman of Real Estate III and in 2009, he became Chairman and CEO.

I was a past President of the Charlottesville Albemarle Association of Realtors and a former Salesperson of the Year, as well as Realtor of the Year. I live in Keswick with my wife, Motana, and our 4 children. I consider myself very fortunate to have been mentored by the founder of the company (and my father-in-law) Frank Kessler.

On a more personal note, I am very involved in the community as a youth soccer coach. I am also on the Board of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, as well as the "I Have A Dream Foundation". I enjoy conducting new home sales training and is on the GRI faculty in Virginia.
