I want to share some of the image- and artmaking process with like-minded people.

My thoughts on drawing vs. photography:

When you draw people and structures in public, you are truly interacting with them. You become part of the environment you are drawing, you are in the process of creation as well as part of the creation. To give the drawing the energy it deserves, you have to be focused, yet relaxed. You have to be truly present. You are an active observer. It's such a gift to experience this. This humble seeing, being, and creating makes me feel more alive than almost any other activity.

So while I love photography, I am discovering why drawing is so very "being there".
