I have had the unique opportunity to meet and work with Jill on a very special project that was the Ontario Winter Games, and I can honestly say she is as nice in person as she is on Flickr. She is very modest at times about her work, but she has an incredible gift, and I enjoy viewing her work tremendously. Hopefully we can work together again in 2010."

  "I first met Jill during her Hollywood days. She worked then as a body double for Sharon Stone, although she will modestly deny it. She nearly hit the big time with her role as the lovable, kooky character "Midge" in a very popular and entertaining series of hemorrhoid creme commercials.
  I'm sorry to say that I lost track of Jill after that. I heard rumors of her daring escapades in Nepal and of a serious dust-up in Kathmandu, but I always traveled a step behind, arriving a day or week too late. She seemed to be part legend and part ghost.
  When I was hunting moose in Canada one Fall, our paths finally crossed again. Now an international fugitive, she had taken up with a indigent tribe of nomadic Eskimos and she seemed to have been driven half insane from cold, malnutrition and those long Canadian nights. She had grown worn, old and bitter, vowing revenge on some imagined nemesis.
  The last time I saw Jill she thought I was a polar bear and seemed to be making a romantic overture toward me. I'm so glad to see that she now has no apparent memory of that embarrassing incident.
  It is so nice to to find her once again here on Flickr! Jill has a great eye. I am unsure exactly how she lost the other one. She's a highly skilled photographer and artist. Like so many gifted individuals, she does have her eccentricities. Loudly and in public, she likes to proclaim, "That will put some air in your banana!"."

  "I thought I had written a testimonial for Jill, but being a bit slow I didn't yet.
  Well that time has come and I really don't have any bad words for her, although it is easy to pick on her and she is such a good sport about it.
  I am always amazed at what she captures and the funky comments going on in her stream.
  It is always worth a visit and is one of the very few that I will actually spend time reading all the comments. Her friend Mike just doesn't appear to treat her well, but he is actually a fun guy.
  Anytime you see a photo of hers please comment and don't be scared to be funny.
  It wasn't until recently that I actually saw how gorgeous she is and getting back to her dolphin nature....lol

  "I have met so many fantastic people since I have joined flickr, and I have to say that Jill is one of the most fantasticest... Umm... I don't think that's a word. OK, she is more fantasticer than most of the fantastic people I've met on flickr. I have been a professional photographer for 17 years, and worked most of that time as a photojournalist. Between idiots that I have worked with, and idiots I knew shooting for other newspapers and magazines, I have known hundreds of 'professional' photographers who don't know a damn thing about photography. Jill knows more about photography than 90% of the so called 'professional' photographers I've known. She has a great eye for composition. (she may even have two eyes, I can only see one in her icon) (do Canadians have two eyes?) When reading my sarcastic comments, some people just think that I am a complete asshole! But... Those people who really get to know me, realize that, in fact I am a complete asshole, with a really good sense of humor, who actually takes some pretty decent photos. It has been so much fun meeting someone who shares my wacky sense of humor. Thanks Jill for making flickr so much fun. Some people who read my comments think that I'm anti-Canadian. That just makes me laugh! The truth is, I wanted to become friends with Jill when I realized she was a Canadian. I travel constantly, and meet lots of people. Seems like whenever I get talking to Canadians, they are always nice, fun, friendly, great people. She may not know how to spell color... But jill is one of the nicest people I know. And, for a dumbass, she's a hell of a good photographer!"
