Many times I have entered Flickr and admired some photos that were really striking or show a place that I seem to know. The next natural thing to do is to look up the photographer's profile to know more about him, However most of the time I am disappointed as most members in Flickr do not want to disclose any information, for reasons unknown. Maybe there are too busy taking pictures or unloading pictures! However there are some who give a clear profile of themselves and just by reading it, you seem to know them better. By this fact, I take it to task that I must let Flickr members know at least a little bit of myself.
I am residing in Malaysia where you find sunny and beautiful beaches and a multiracial population. I am almost retired now at age 63 and have led an active life playing a lots of tennis, jet skiing and love riding my Harley Davidson Softtail Heritage bike and plenty of golf. I decided to resume my old love for photography which I experienced 30 years ago using an analogue Nikon F2As. Now I use 2 units of Olympus E3 and for keeps, I have a Leica Digilux 3 and a Leica M8.2 . This, I feel is the hobby for me now as I don't have to buy negatives and stinge on shots plus having a site like Flickr to share my photos with others not to mention the comprado part with fellow members of Flickr.
