Well life has changed a bit, now our restaurant in Berlin is sold.
Now I`m free to travel, so I`m travelling around South America at the moment, enjoying not working. Always on the look-out for new dishes and products. Looking forward to eating my first Guinea pig....
Food is probably the greatest pleasure in my life, cooking it , eating it and photographing it. I find food to be a great medium for creating art and a way of communication, which may to some seem a little over the top or bizzare. Travelling is my second passion in life and when I'm lucky enough to do it, It's often happened that I've been invited into the home of a stranger and in most cultures, food seems to be the ice-breaker. That's what I mean by communication and as for art, take a look at my photos..
