My personal goal with Flickr this year is to make a run for the "fishing for compliments" title:

"Oh, I look so bad in this photo."
"I'm such a bad photographer. Maybe I'll quit."
"My photos suck. I bet no one likes them."
"This is the last photo I will post unless someone from one of the twenty groups I just posted to throws me a half-baked compliment about how special my photo made them feel."

"Geographically separated from my camera for the past 7 months. Finally reconnected! I'll be posting shots from a new country!"
