i'm not altogether certain when i came across jamie's work... but i'm unbelievably glad that i did. a seeker of beauty in every day life... her wit and strength and depth as a human being ooze out through every picture that she takes.

some day i'll work my way down the coast to visit her... and we'll walk (or skip) hand in hand, giggling our faces off. or maybe i'll just give her a wedgie and run away... who knows. whatever it is, i look forward to watching the best pieces of her evolve through her photographs."
