I am a student studying law in Canterbury at the University of Kent. I also work part time as a sales assistant and studied Maths, Further maths, ICT, Economics, History & General Studies @ A level.
I recently got my first 'proper' camera, a Canon Powershot G12. Before I purchased it I considered both DSLRs and Micro Four Third cameras, but I thought if I bought a camera I would want to take it everywhere with me! I don't think i could do that with anything but a compact. I'm sure at sometime I will I will get a DSLR because I would love to experiment with some of their features but at the moment I don't really think I would be able to make the most out of one. I'm really happy with the portability of the G12 for the moment and am still getting used to using a 'proper' camera.
