I'm a visually minded person. I love illustration, design and photography. I have been doing freelance graphic design for a few years, and photography has always been a way to enhance my designs, or even be a foundation for them.

Some of my influences in photography include the skateboarding and snowboarding industry. I was an avid skater and snowboarder growing up. I used to love taking pics of my friends skating. I would always grab a disposable camera before heading to the mountain for snowboarding. I really enjoy landscapes too, as well as urban landscapes, candid shots of people, and sky shots. I also enjoy shooting my family and friends.

I'm currently shooting with a Canon EOS Rebel Xti that I bought in 2007. It's a great starter SLR, but I only have a kit lense at this point.

I've been into Photoshop alot with my graphic work, and lately have been learning to really take advantage of Photoshop techniques for my photography. I even had the chance to go to a Photoshop CS4 for Digital Photographers seminar in Philly in May 2009. I benefited a lot from that one day seminar, and really looking forward to using some of the HDR and other techniques I picked up in the future.
