  "jade's work is hard to pin down. it's simplistic in the beautiful way that i think 'damn i wish i'd done that.' but that's what makes her work so unique. she has the ability to transform an ordinary form into something extraordinary. i still don't know how she does it. i think it's magic...is it jade? her work is perfect. her images are never overdone. she's just good at what she does. really good. and she's an excellent critiquer ( not an actual word.....i think). and as a side note, if i could be any creature, i propose that i should be one of her drawn monsters."
