I got into photography a little over a year ago, as merely a hobby to pass time. Little did I know just how much I would like it, and how incredibly interesting all the different aspects of it would be.

I gained all of my knowledge online - from a variety of websites, looking at an array of different photographers' work, and most notably, from the community here on Flickr. It's amazing how much you can learn by simply studying all the different photographs.

Even though it still is very much a hobby for me, photography is something I'd like to pursuit more seriously on the side. Just recently I've started doing model shoots - only friends willing to pose for me for now, but I'm looking to gain enough knowledge and expand my portfolio to be able to work with actual models as well. I'm also looking to do wedding and engagement shoots in the near future. Car photography is something I'd like to get more into as well.
