Jason Kraynek, aka jacenK, has been shooting model and music photography since 2003. Currently located in Chicago and using a Canon 5d Mark II camera with a focus on Harsh Lighting, alternative, edgy, high glam, industrial, punk photographs. Able to grasp a large range of styles and convert them to his own look and design- setting them apart from other photographers in the area.
His background is gained through many years of improv/sketch comedy with writing, directing, and editing as well, which provides the understanding to create images in a artistic way at a moments notice. Working with unconventional lighting styles, cityscapes, makeup, and locations also play a major piece in his photos.

Jacen is super cool, chill and totally professional. We were really happy with all the photos we got out of the shoot. He did a casual, around Chicago photo shoot with us during the day and shot our show that night.
