We are a group of astronomy organizations in Calgary who first officially organized under the "Astronomy Calgary" banner for the International Year of Astronomy (IYA) in 2009. We conduct public education and outreach programs at our own facilities and at many offsite venues in and around Calgary.

Astronomy Calgary consists of TELUS Spark (the new Science Centre), the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory of the University of Calgary, and the Calgary Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
