Support, funding, encouragement for Canada's grassroots athletes.

Each year, we work with National Sport Organizations (NSOs) to select fifty developmental ( pre-carded ) athlete and coach pairs from across Canada who aspire to one day compete in the Olympic or Paralympic Games. FACE™ (Fuelling Athlete and Coaching Excellence) helps to provide the athlete and their coach with the resources necessary to close the gap and achieve national carded status for the athlete in the short-term, and improve coaching skills over the long-term.This is the first step towards their big dream: competing in the Olympic or Paralympic Games.
