I am a simple person.
Besides photography - I love food, throwing myself off the side of mountains FAST, the burning pain of the climb, and beautiful things.

I want to be able to remind myself and capture moments/emotions forever... photography allows me to do this... and I like pretty things.

I've always enjoyed taking photos (but never been any good at it), and being gobsmacked by amazing captures. After coming into extra cash after the sale of one of my bikes, I purchased my first camera in April '08.

I am teaching myself now, so the going's slow... I greatly appreciate any critique or suggestions you may be willing to share. Be harsh... I don't mind pain =D

I have particular interest in street photography and portraiture (which I've no idea about!)... so I would greatly appreciate it if you could bias your critique towards those elements.

My street captures in this gallery are purely for artistic/cultural reasons, not for profit or work.

If you find yourself in one of my photos, please let me know! as a rule I always make eye contact and give a nod of appreciation, but I don't ask beforehand to keep my street captures raw. Also, I would be more than happy to provide you a copy.
