The camera is by my side - always. Social justice, environmental and economic sustainability, and non-violence are the intended subjects because we are compelled to bear witness and create change where it is needed. They are not the only subjects, however, as that would make Jack a dull boy. ; )

An ongoing project is the documentation of various communities (in Calgary and Vancouver so far) with an emphasis on their overall contribution to urban sprawl and increased "Walmartization" versus walkable, mixed-use communities. Proper city planning can contribute to the well-being of not just our communities but to our planet. Locally sustainable living naturally starts at the community level.
