I recommend the slide view for viewing my photos, most of which look better at larger sizes. You can also see my travel photos at my own photo page.

I try to GEO-tag all my photos. However, if I can't locate the position I was standing within a few metres, I'll not add GPS info.

I use a largely manual method based around Google Earth. See a description of my method in a blog post. [Update, I just started using the new feature in Picassa, which allows you to do the same thing without switching applications. Nice.]

Using my photos
I'm usually happy for people to use my photos if they send me a request (because I like to keep track of where they are appearing). In the early days I did not post full-sized photos on Flickr. Contact me if you have a good reason to want the full-sized version.
