So a little bit about me now that I'm using flickr more. I've basically been taking photos since i was in high school (15/16, i dunno). The obsession started when i discovered my parents old nikkormat SLR and took the photography class offered at my high school. That gave me the solid basics i needed to kind of go wherever.

I recently took the plunge and upgraded (though the SLR takes awesome photos!) to digital SLR with a Nikon D80. So far i love it and after a few months have collected a decent kit consisting of...

and a tripod, SB600 flash and some assorted filters all of which is stored in this awesome bag i got for my birthday!

Recently I upgraded again and sold my D80+ Kit lens and got the d90! I love it to pieces.

I'm most definitely still learning so at the moment I'm going out and taking photos of anything i think i might be interested in shooting.
