Tor Lindstrand (Stockholm) is an Associate Professor in the Design Process Studio at KTH-A. He is co-owner of the office of Larsson, Lindstrand and Palme. He has been working on interdisciplinary and collaborative projects between architecture, visual art and performance. He initiated International Festival, together with choreographer Marten Spangberg, a practice merging architecture and performance, thus understanding architecture as a means of organizing situations. International Festival has created context specific projects spanning from buildings, publications, films, installations, public interventions and situations. In 2010 he founded Economy – a Swedish-Australian platform working in architecture, art, education and management – together with Jessica Lindstrand in order to stretch architectural practice to the horizon and beyond.
